Every year GH speaks with a very high number of Offshore Vendors and European IT Decision Makers. This gives us a very deep and broad view of what both sides want. But its not just about winning deals and cutting costs. Many factors contribute to the success of a project and the ongoing success of a vendor/customer partnership. The key to success for both vendors and customers is to talk when there is a real need.
